TOY RIDE & BARBEQUE

Sponsored by Temiskaming STAR Touring & Riding, Chapter 5106, Mad Murray's Meat Market, Town of Englehart, Rebekah Lodge, Rotary Club, Coffee Time and Custom Glass Works.  A benefit for the Timiskaming Child and Family Services, this event took place on Saturday, May 29th, 2010 at the Centennial Park (Corner of Third St. and Fourth Ave. in Englehart, Ontario.  There was great food (Pig Roast, sausages, hot dogs, pull pork and drinks), as well as games and prizes.

The purpose was to collect toys and donations for the "ANGEL PROGRAM".  The poster read:  Meet the bikers and have fun!
It was a great day and many came out for the fun (over 50 bikes were part of this - some members brought their children to share in the festivities and be a part of this awesome event.  Red hats purple scarves ladies provided us with great entertainment!  There was some face painting going on and some of our members participated in that.  The paint brushes tickled many kids' faces as well as the cheeks of Star Touring and Riding Chapter 5106 members!  What an awesome time!

Now...is it my imagination or is Mike in a lot of these pictures?  lol  Just for you Mike!!!  Maybe I will work up the courage to post the picture of the ladies who had their cheek painted with the Star...seeing as how I am one of the four women!  Maybe...just maybe!
